The products seen on giannafairtrade.com are handmade by artisans, have limited availability and are subject to supply. Descriptions, specifications, colors and pricing are subject to change at any time and without any notice. While merchandise offered on giannafairtrade.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise at stores where GIANNA merchandise is offered, in some cases, those stores may offer different prices or promotional events or specials. Prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. dollars. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the products and colors of the merchandise shown on giannafairtrade.com. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The handcrafted nature of our products adds to their unique qualities. Subtle variations in color may occur, depending on season and availability of eco-friendly natural plant dyes.

Shipping & Handling

GIANNA will ship products according to the shipping & handling option selected by you at checkout. GIANNA reserves the right to change the shipping options as needed. Please note that some products may be out of stock or not yet in stock; these items are available for preorder and will ship as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

GIANNA shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if GIANNA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a GIANNA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, GIANNA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GIANNA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GIANNA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by GIANNA without notice at any time, for any reason.
