- This design is a repeating “cupcake” pattern made using centuries-old “ikat” techniques.
- Hand-woven on looms within each woman villager’s home.
- Due to the hand-crafted nature of each piece, exact ikat design varies slightly.
- Each piece is lovingly-crafted and symbolic of a dream come true for a Lao woman artisan.
