Our mission is to empower global women artisans through education and fair trade, regenerative commerce.

We believe that to truly change the world, we have to invest in the capacity and long-term earning potential of women. This process begins by first addressing the immediacy of financial hardship, which we do through frameworks of fair trade commerce and education.

The GIANNA team views education as its most important tool in helping women improve their lives.We travel to villages where the artisans live, immerse ourselves in their world and learn about their trade and their needs. And we love organizing financial literacy workshops to teach women how fair trade financial models work. Our business begins at the ground level in villages and is rooted in women-to-women, community-based interactions.
